The Superintendence of Cultural Heritage has again been consulted on the application in caption, which covers a number of interventions on Christ the King Basilica in Paola, including the creation of a cafeteria.
The Superintendence notes considerable evolution in the project since the initial proposal, while also noting the very specific character and values of the property.
The attention of the Kummissjoni Patrimonju Kulturali Kattoliku is cordially drawn to images and amended drawings at docs 94 on Eapps. Given the nature of the property, the position and recommendations of KPKK are cordially sought.
